Pepper Black, Founder

Pepper Black has been working with senior adults for the past 25 years specializing in Advanced Estate Planning as a Senior Benefits Specialist. Pepper’s skill sets include working as paralegal for/with several law offices and also in helping clients invest their money in appropriate vehicles for their maturity and risk tolerance.

Pepper received her BS degree from Central Washington University, and is currently working on her PhD in Leadership development at Liberty University in Virgina.

Pepper is a proud mother and grandmother who brings experience, competency and integrity to every meeting, with the goal of helping her clients with peace of mind.

Pepper has been a key note speaker for over 25 years both professionally as well as Christian Women’s Retreats. Pepper is a successful entrepreneur in a direct sales company (ASEA) and is Founder of digital marketing company (LOAS: Legion of Abundance System)

Ron Freemon

Ronald G. Freemon is a prominent attorney from Tennessee. Ronald’s areas of expertise are vast, as a General Practitioner of Law, including but not limited to the areas of Probate and Family law. Ron has Nineteen years experience as a trial attorney.

Attorney Freemon followed his calling into law by attending Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee graduating in 2005.
He graduated from The University of North Alabama in December 1988.

Ronald has spent his entire life within 50 Miles of Lawrence County where he grew up. Ronald graduated from Lawrence County High School and later went on to raise his family of 5 in Lawrence County.

Prior to becoming an attorney Ronald was employed as a claims investigator with State Farm Insurance for 16 years. He also served as General Counsel for Haulers Insurance company for several years.

Don Oliver Keene, Attorney

Don Oliver Keene, Esquire, is a distinguished Alabama Attorney with a deeply rooted heritage in the Appalachian Coalfields of Southwest Virginia, where his lineage of coal miners and public servants instilled in him a profound sense of community and duty. He embarked on his academic journey at Bluefield College, now known as Bluefield University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2018. It was here that Attorney Keene cultivated a passion for servant leadership and a commitment to aiding those in need.

Attorney Keene’s legal education was pursued at the Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law (LMU-DSOL), where he graduated in 2021. His tenure at LMU-DSOL was marked by active participation in several mock trial teams and leadership roles across numerous clubs. Notably, he served as co-captain of the Phi Alpha Delta mock trial team from the Watson, Jr. chapter, a role that earned him the Service to the School Award for his outstanding contributions.

In his professional career, Attorney Keene has dedicated himself to public service, initially as an Assistant Public Defender, followed by a position as Attorney Advisor for the Small Business Administration within the Federal government. His legal expertise now encompasses working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and assisting clients with estate planning. His personal life reflects his professional ethos, enjoying outdoor activities with his family, particularly fishing with his daughter, and cherishing the memories of hunting and fishing with his grandfather, underscoring his identity as an avid outdoorsman.

Attorney Keene’s approach to estate planning is informed by his belief that these services should be accessible to all, not just the affluent. His dedication to helping working families navigate their estate planning needs exemplifies his commitment to making meaningful contributions to the well-being of the communities he serves.

Brad Dozier has been serving the Southern States for 30 years. His primary areas of practice includes, but are not limited to Estate Planning – Including Advanced Trust and Asset Protection Planning Strategies, Drafting and Execution of Simple Wills and Powers of Attorney, Probate Administration – Including Contested Probate Litigation and Conservatorship and Guardianship Appointments.

True to his Southern Roots Brad completed his JD, June 2005 attending the Nashville School of Law. He served on Honor Council all four years and was elected as President for his final year.

He became a CFP (Certified financial Planner) in 2005 as well attending American College.

He graduated from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN with his BA in Business Management, June 1995 .

Fun Facts about Brad are that he was a Varsity Athlete- Mascot (Awesome Eagle) and ranked 2nd in the nation in 1992. Brad also served as President of his Fraternity Phi Gamma Delta. When he was serving in the R.O.T.C he was an All American Award Winner in 1993. Brad also served in Student Government – he served as the Senator from the Business College and appointed the Chair of Student Monies Allocation Committee.

Brad’s unique skill sets lie not only in his current career as an attorney, but as the series 24 registered principal and owner of Capital Analysts of Tennessee Financial Advisors spanning from 1996-2011, as well as a district manager with AXA Financial Advisors. In this capacity Brad was a key note speaker at many financial events with over 5000 in attendance. He is no stranger to the limelight.

Lastly Brad has been an instructor at Belmont College of Business – Massey Graduate School, CFP Program and Adjunct Professor for Federal Income Taxation and Estate Planning Sections. He also taught for Kaplan Paralegal School as an Adjunct Professor for Estate Planning, Wills and Trust, Civil Procedure and Ethics.

Numerous Continuing Legal Education Courses for both the Nashville Bar Association as well as several Financial Institutions on topics involving Estate Planning for individuals and closely held/family held businesses.
